Annalisse approaches her role with both by an empathetic ear, and pragmatism. With a history of working with complex family situations, Annalisse aims on resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring that her client’s interests are protected, whilst also providing them with the reassurance and comfort that they need, to feel supported during tough times.
Annalisse has successfully represented clients in a range of Family law matters including complex parenting matters, relocation cases, urgent recovery applications, property settlements and divorce. With a history of working in litigation across varying jurisdictions, Annalisse has experience in appearing especially before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, across the various registries, including both in NSW and interstate.
Prior to joining Edwards Moloney Family Lawyers, Annalisse was an associate at a boutique family law firm in Sydney. Prior to this, Annalisse volunteered with the Domestic Violence Unit at Legal Aid, where she saw first hand the importance of both being strong for your clients, but also providing them with the security to move forward.

When married couples separate, there is only one ground for the grant of a Divorce Order, and that is the irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. This is established by the parties being separated for a minimum of 12 months prior to Divorce. In some circumstances, parties can be living under the same roof and still be able to establish this ground.

De Facto
De Facto Lawyers
De Facto couples (including same sex couples) who separate after 1 March 2009 have the same rights as married couples. The rights and obligations of couples upon the breakdown of a Marriage or De Facto relationship are now all governed by the Family Law Act 1975. De Facto couples who separated prior to 1 March 2009 are still covered by the old State legislation
