Family Lawyer Positions
Overview:
If you are looking to take the next step in your Family Law career, this role gives you the opportunity to build expertise, confidence and independence while working on complex and interesting parenting and financial matters. You will work directly alongside four Accredited Family Law Specialists, receiving mentorship and guidance.

The Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the management of family law matters, including parenting and financial cases.
- Drafting court documents, correspondence, and conferring with clients.
- Assisting with case strategy.
- Preparing briefs to counsel and experts.
- Attending court, mediations, and conferences with counsel.
- Managing aspects of files with increasing autonomy.

About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (Family Law preferred).
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- A current practicing certificate in NSW and admission to the High Court of Australia.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Some advocacy experience.
- Motivated, collaborative, and proactive approach.
- Genuine commitment to developing a long-term career in Family Law.
